Job summary

Euronet is seeking a Financial Analyst to join the Merchant Services Finance team. The role involves supporting financial planning, analysis, forecasting, and reporting across multiple countries and functions to enable informed business decisions.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in financial analysis, strong Excel abilities, and fluency in Greek and English. Hybrid work is available, with a focus on data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, Controlling, or a similar finance role.
• Understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Strong Excel skills with Pivot Tables, XLOOKUPs, advanced formulas, and financial modeling.
• Experience with BI tools will be considered an asset.
• Fluent in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
• Eligible to work in the EU without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial results and identify variances between actual and forecasted performance.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Prepare management reports, financial presentations, and business insights.
• Monitor profitability and key financial performance indicators.
• Analyze transactional and operational data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support P&L and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support ad hoc financial analyses and reporting to aid business decision-making.
