Northrop Grumman’s Space Sector invites you to bring your pioneering spirit to our collaborative teams. As a Financial Analyst – Level 3 or Level 4 located in Redondo Beach, CA, you’ll be a linchpin in missions of paramount importance, defining the art of the possible from day one. This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work. As a Financial Analyst, you will perform analyses and prepare financial reports to ensure program contracts remain within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters, comply with government cost control requirements, and adhere to applicable accounting guidelines. You will develop and deliver program financial reports for internal and external customers, with a focus on program cost incurrence, material tracking, and labor spending. Our Financial Analyst will proactively identify program cost and schedule risks and support the development and implementation of mitigation actions. This position will support our Proliferated Systems operating unit. This position will work a 9/80 schedule, with every other Friday off.

Northrop Grumman Total Rewards Primary Level Salary Range: $94,200.00 - $141,200.00 Secondary Level Salary Range: $117,500.00 - $176,300.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
