Job summary

The Fountain Group seeks an Enterprise Senior Financial Analyst to join our Dallas/Chicago hybrid team. You will consolidate, analyze and report under US GAAP, blending Big 4 and corporate accounting experience to strengthen financial processes.

The role requires building controls, coordinating with accounting, and delivering accurate statements while adapting to budgets and performance. Hybrid schedule includes in-office Tue/Wed/Thu; not required daily.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; CPA or advanced degree is a plus.
• 7–10 years of accounting/finance experience.
• Knowledge of US GAAP; familiarity with SEC requirements.
• Experience with financial consolidation and reporting.
• Big 4 background preferred; corporate finance experience welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, control, review and analyze internal and external financial statements and reports under US GAAP.
• Lead consolidation processes and reporting; leverage HFM as needed.
• Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness of statements.

Job Details:

• Pay: $75/hrto Start
• 12+ month position,potential for extension based on performance and budget
• Candidates should be located in Dallas, TX or Chicago, IL (Hybrid — onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday; not required in-office daily)
• Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (Standard 1st Shift)

We are seeking an Enterprise Senior Financial Analyst – with preferably a mix of Big 4 and Corporate experience to work on consolidated accounting. This position will be in a hybrid work setting (combination of virtual and in-office). This individual will in, accordance to US GAAP accounting guidance, prepare, control, review and analyze internal and external financial statements and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required. Advanced degree or CPA is a plus.
• 7-10 years business experience in accounting or finance.
• Knowledge of financial statements, technical accounting and/or SEC requirements.
• Experience with the HFM system is a plus
• Financial reporting and consolidation experience is required.
• Integration experience is a plus, but secondary to consolidation experience.
