Job summary

Blue Origin LLC in Washington state seeks a Finance Analyst to partner with program leadership, drive quarterly forecasts, assess risks and opportunities, and deliver insights that shape financial performance for the Lunar Permanence unit.

You will help build streamlined processes, support business planning, and maintain trust with internal customers while navigating a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related analytical field
  • Minimum 5+ years demonstrating performance in roles that include business planning, analyzing financial performance and reporting insights
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to earn trust and maintain positive, professional relationships with key business partners and the broader finance team
  • Experience with extracting data from qualitative and quantitative data sources to support business planning and performance measurement
  • Intellectual curiosity in the products and operational processes that underlie the business unit's financials
  • Demonstrated mindset towards continuous improvement
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum

To further Blue Origin's mission, the Lunar Permanence business unit is building sustainable infrastructure for transporting crew and cargo from Earth to the lunar surface. As a Finance Analyst, you will have the opportunity to partner with program leadership to drive financial performance and programmatic decisions!

Responsibilities
  • Partner with internal customers to prepare quarterly financial forecasts that align with the business unit's strategic goals and resource constraints

Minimum Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Moderate proficiency in data extraction using SQL programming
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Base Pay Range for: WA applicants is $104,027.00 - $145,637.10
