Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 2 years of progressively responsible experience in finance and/or accounting with experience in planning, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Experience with monthly financial management reports and government reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Completes monthly financial management reports; analyzes forecast vs actual performance and explains variances.
• Prepares monthly financial reports and schedules for annual reports; ensures compliance with procedures.
• Identifies areas of underperformance; presents findings and recommendations to upper management.
• Prepares financial models and conducts financial analyses.
• Maintains controls for financial procedures; delegates authority for check requests and approvals.
• Completes special projects as requested.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
