Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• 2+ years of financial analysis, forecasting, planning, and/or financial modeling.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and MS Office experience.
• Experience with financial systems applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication across levels.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting and forecasting, cost center spend, headcount and capital.
• Prepare financial presentations and ad hoc analyses for leadership.
• Support monthly close activities and variance analysis.
• Consolidate month-end analysis with business partners and provide commentary.
• Execute annual goals and objectives defined by the Finance team.
• Perform month-end journal entries and related tasks while ensuring compliance.
