Lead Professional Recruiter at Insight Global

Location: Hybrid- Jacksonville, FL

Duration: 6-month contract to hire

Pay Rate: $32-$34/hr ($75,000 per year)

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location.

Schedule: 8am – 5pm EST; looking for people with flexibility to work overtime if needed

Must Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance, with 3 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis
• Intermediate skills in MS Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, etc.)
• Experience communicating to non-finance leadership.
• Must have a high integrity work ethic.
• Be able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Working knowledge of ERP Systems

Plusses

• Experience with Epicor, SAP, or Oracle
• Experience using planning and budgeting systems (Oracle PBCS, IBM Cognos, Prophix, Workday)

Day to Day

This person will be responsible for collaborating with department leads, transforming data, organizing information, updating monthly forecasts, and assisting in expense requests. They will also review general ledger, develop annual budgets, provide ad hoc analysis and prepare financial presentations.
