Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or Business Analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and opportunities supporting decisions.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Assist in budgets, forecasts, and profitability analyses.
• Collaborate with Accounting and cross-functional teams to improve processes.
• Participate in system enhancements and reporting automation projects.
• Maintain data integrity by researching discrepancies and proposing fixes.
• Other duties as assigned.
