Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Financial Analyst to partner with business leaders, analyze monthly activity, build forecasts, and communicate results to leadership. You will work with cross-functional teams to explain variances and drive improvements in the close process.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance and 1–3 years of accounting/finance experience. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential in a fast-paced environment at our Menomonee Falls campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 1–3 years of accounting/finance experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to analyze monthly activity and forecasts.
• Perform month-end close tasks and manage accruals.
• Investigate monthly variances with cross-functional teams.
• Provide ad hoc analyses and recommendations for improvements.
• Develop tools and models to inform internal customers.
• Support rolling 18-month forecast preparation.
