Job summary

IAC Group in Warren, MI is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to help collect accurate, data-based information on profitability, solvency, stability and liquidity, and to prepare reports that support strategic decisions.

You will build financial models, analyze deviations from forecasts, and advise managers on long-term and operational choices. Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, MS Office and financial software is essential; CPA, CMA or MBA are preferred but not required.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a Finance Analyst position
  • Proficient with spreadsheets, databases, MS Office and financial software applications
  • Proficient with statistical analysis and statistical packages
  • In-depth knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis
  • Strong presentation, reporting and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of current financial subjects, accounting, tax laws, money market and business environments
  • BS degree in Finance, Economics or other related area
  • CPA, CMA, MBA Preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Consulting with managers to help with long term and strategic decision making

About the Financial Analyst position

We are looking for an experienced Financial Analyst join our team and help us collecting accurate and data-based information on company's profitability, solvency, stability and liquidity. Your duties will include researching and analyzing financial information to help us make well informed decisions, writing reports and monitoring financial movements.

Financial Analyst responsibilities are:
