We are seeking a n Analyst to join our Enforcement Analytics Team , which delivers data-driven solutions that support government enforcement efforts and commercial nonprofit missions.

Primary Duties

• Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights .
• Develop creative, compelling data visualizations for both technical and nontechnical audiences .
• Apply statistical methods to support enforcement of laws, regulations, and policies .
• Design scalable, repeatable, and high-impact analytics solutions .
• Translate analytical findings into clear summaries and reports for stakeholders .

Minimum Technical Requirements

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
• Bachelor ' s degree in a STEM-related field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline)
• 1–3 years of experience in a quantitative or data-focused role
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications

Preferred Skills

• 1-2 years of experience in loan underwriting
• Experience developing standa rd operating procedures (SOPs) and presentations
• Experience preparing and presenting analytical results to diverse audiences

Compensation and Benefits

Full-Time Salary Range:

$ 60,000-$70,000

This range reflects our market-based pay structure. Individual compensation is determined by factors including business needs, local market conditions, internal equity, and candidate qualifications ( skills, education, experience ) .
