Responsibilities

• Carry the full-time payroll run from gross calc to filed tax deposit.
• Support due diligence and financial modeling for strategic initiatives.
• Support system migrations and automation of finance workflows.
• Build and maintain budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Own the full-cycle accounts payable and receivable process.
• Keep the LA unemployment and withholding accounts reconciled.
• Walk auditors through documentation so it is clear and complete.
