Qualifications

• B.A/B.S or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of financial analysis experience in a complex organization, with global finance exposure.
• Strong data analytical and modeling abilities.
• Proficient in financial statements; familiarity with FX rates; advanced Excel; experience with FileMaker Pro and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions and track data in financial databases.
• Analyze expense and budget variances and manage AP/AR processing.
• Assist in developing and monitoring annual budgets and financial plans.
• Conduct data analyses on enrollment revenue and expenses and report to management.
• Ensure compliance with BU financial and operational policies.
• Identify cost and efficiency improvements for senior management.
• Collaborate with campus accounting units to resolve discrepancies.
• Support special projects for Global Programs finance and administration.
