Amazon seeks a highly motivated finance professional with an AI-first mindset to support the GOES Finance team, a group focused on real-estate, portfolio management, and centralized shared services across the global portfolio. This role offers exposure to senior leaders and strategic initiatives.

You'll build partnerships, develop financial models, manage competing priorities, and help scale finance tools while communicating insights clearly.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of finance experience.
• 2+ years of applying KPIs to analyses.
• Knowledge of standard software including Excel, Access, Oracle, Essbase, SQL and VBA skills.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop partnerships and use data to influence leadership decision-making.
• Drive financing modeling and analysis for new initiatives - Lead long- and short-term financial planning, including financial reviews with senior business partners (including Director and above).
• Manage competing priorities to complete both ad-hoc and strategic projects.
• Seek opportunities to resolve defects and reduce cost through audits.
• Improve, scale, and simplify finance tools across teams and organizations.
• Communicate financial insights (both written and verbal) in a clear and concise manner. Adapt communication based on intended audience to clearly articulate complex financial considerations.
• Promote a positive and collaborative culture.

GOES is a leader in real-estate, strategic portfolio management, sustainability commitments, and a centralized shared services support across the global portfolio. This is a great opportunity to support GOES in a role with high impact and visibility to business-critical processes that will require interactions with Director and above leadership across Operations and Finance. Global Ops Enterprise Services (GOES) supports the greater Global Operations organization real-estate acquisition, strategic portfolio management and a centralized shared services support across the global portfolio. Basic Qualifications

• 1+ years of finance experience
• 2+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
• Knowledge of standard software including Excel, Access, Oracle, Essbase, SQL and VBA skills
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
• Experience in TM1, Data Warehouse and SQL

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
