The candidate will assist in financial statement preparation, footnotes, and external audits, while driving process improvements and internal controls across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting is required.
• 2+ years of accounting/financial reporting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial statements.
• Experience in public accounting or with a global public company preferred.
• CPA preferred; manufacturing industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements and footnotes for SEC filings.
• Assist with SOX – Section 404 testing and control documentation.
• Analyze and tie-out reports from service providers and internal data.
• Collaborate with Corporate Finance to support processes and reports.
• Produce accounting information for management decisions and audits.
• Assist with ESG reporting and sustainability disclosures.
