Job summary

Pregis is seeking a Financial Analyst to provide financial reporting and analysis to enhance decision making for the Protective Products Business Unit. The role supports the FP&A Director and focuses on management reporting, analysis of key drivers, and data quality in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will be an assertive self-starter with 2–3 years of experience, strong Excel and analytical skills, and the ability to prioritize and problem solve in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
• 2–3 years of progressive financial experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Willingness to work extended hours and travel as needed.
• Ability to work independently with a sense of urgency.
• Experience with process improvements and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support commercial team with customer reporting, sales rep reporting, and pricing/margin analysis.
• Model and present financial data to management insights.
• Provide financial analysis to senior leadership on key business components.
• Drive reporting improvements and automation via systems.
• Lead development and implementation of reporting systems as needed.
• Assist in forecasts and annual operating plan creation.
• Process journal entries and perform reconciliations.
• Contribute to special projects as assigned.
