Job summary

IMA Financial Group, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented finance professional to own monthly management reporting for multiple divisions and boards. You will support budgeting, forecasting, and analytics, driving data-driven decisions and ensuring data integrity across systems.

The role requires 2+ years in finance, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems. You will collaborate with the Accounting and Finance teams to advance reporting capabilities and business insights.

Qualifications

  • Two+ years of similar or related experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own monthly financial and management reporting for assigned divisions and departments, including Board representatives, with careful attention to detail.
  • Assist in the roll-up of the corporate annual budget and quarterly forecast.
  • Contribute to project/initiative analyses to inform planning with data, insights, and analytics.
  • Support Finance & Accounting systems evolution and become SME in related reporting.
  • Assist in analysis of customer and product profitability.
  • Develop relevant management reporting requested by leaders.
  • Help maintain data integrity and consistency across reporting structures.

Essential job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Supports and demonstrates IMA’s core values

  • Supports overall Accounting and Finance department on special projects as directed.
  • Assists in the roll-up of the corporate annual budget and quarterly forecast.
  • Own monthly financial and management reporting for assigned divisions and departments, including Board representatives, with careful attention to detail, thoughtful examination, insightful discussion, and accuracy.
  • Contributes to project/initiative, business case, and ad hoc scenario analyses to inform planning. Providing data, insights, and analytics to support the business in making the right data-driven decisions.
  • Involvement with Finance & Accounting systems evolution. Achieve Subject Matter Expert status related to systems functionality and reporting.
  • Assists in the participation of industry benchmarking studies.
  • Assists with internal modeling structure providing insight and recommendation to facilitate evaluation of acquisition prospects as directed.
  • Assists in the analysis of customer and product profitability.
  • Understand the relevant, meaningful management reporting requested by each leader and assist in the development of such reporting.
  • Assists in development of data integrity and consistency program and structure.

Required Experience and Skills:include but are not limited to:

  • Two + years of similar or related experience

Salary Range: $80,000 USD - $100,000 USD
