About the job

The Financial Analyst, Finance & Strategy will help drive Janie and Jack’s financial planning and strategic priorities. You will be a key partner to the business team, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic and operational decision‑making. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of financial modeling, data analysis, and a passion for translating complex data into actionable business strategies. Experience in investment banking is highly valued.

You will have a direct impact on the company's trajectory and be a key driver of its success. This role requires a collaborative spirit and the ability to work cross‑functionally with various teams.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or corporate finance, ideally supporting retail, consumer, or e‑commerce businesses
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with an understanding of retail business dynamics
• Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and presentations for leadership
• Advanced modeling skills (e.g. Power Query); SQL or Python experience a plus
