The Financial Analyst, FP&A works under general supervision and relies on limited experience and direction to perform duties.Essential Functions and Responsibilities:- Prepare standard and ad hoc financial reports summarizing key performance indicators and profitability at the practice group, office, and attorney level - Support the financial managers in design and preparation of the monthly financial reporting package; participate in monthly review calls with senior management and address follow-ups - Configure specifications to accurately and efficiently extract data from the Firm’s financial reporting software - Troubleshoot, investigate and resolve inquiries related to financial matters; collaborate with other analysts within team and cross-functionally to resolve issues - Perform ongoing audits of financial system data to ensure data accuracy and compliance with financial reporting standard operating procedures - Assist with the annual budgeting process and the analysis of lateral hires - Support the maintenance of the Firm’s financial software and reporting tools - Assist with quarterly and annual bank surveysJob Specifications:- Bachelor’s degree - 1-3 years of finance, accounting or consulting experience - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word) - Familiarity with financial reporting software - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Strong organizational skills - Strong mathematical and analytical skills - Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities - Ability to handle and maintain confidential information - Ability to learn new concepts and skills quickly - Ability to work collaboratively on a team#LI - JL1 #LI - HybridSuccessful candidates will be provided with outstanding career opportunities and will receive a competitive total rewards package with the opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses.Target Hiring Range $81,000 - $102,000Please note that quoted salary ranges are not guarantees of what final salary offers may be.
