Job summary

KBW Financial Staffing and Recruiting has partnered with a manufacturing company in Manchester, NH to hire a Financial Analyst. The position is onsite and will report to the VP of Finance, with responsibilities across budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

You will build financial models, analyze variances, and support month-end close, controls, and forecasting. A minimum of 4 years in financial analysis is preferred, with ERP experience (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite) highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of financial analysis experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with larger ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Develop annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
• Support sales, marketing, operations and supply chain.
• Build and maintain financial models to support performance analysis and strategic decisions.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, KPI dashboards, and segment P&L analysis.
• Perform variance analysis and provide insights to leadership on results vs. plan.
• Support month-end close, internal controls, compliance, and cash forecasting.
