Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst (f/m/d) to join our Universal Pictures International Germany team in Frankfurt, on a full-time, fixed-term contract until September 2026. In this role, you will work in close collaboration with our Chief Accountant and Finance Director. Your responsibilities: - You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the accounts payable function and for managing relationships with external service providers.
- You will prepare reports for various departments and assist with process optimization in accounts payable.
- Your tasks will include checking travel expenses and operational controlling with target/actual comparisons, as well as assisting with account reconciliation and master data maintenance.
- In all your activities, you will work closely with the local sales team and the international billing and accounting team. Your experience: - After completing commercial training or a degree in business administration, you already have professional experience in finance and accounting. Ideally, you have gained this experience in the media sector and/or within an international company.
- You have a keen interest in numbers and cross-departmental projects, as well as proven experience with MS Office (especially Excel) and SAP FI/CO.
- You have strong fluent communication skills in both English and German, spoken and written, and feel confident using both languages in a professional setting
- You organise your work independently and your working style is reliable, accurate and result oriented.
- An interest in cinema and working in an international team, as well as strong communication skills, round off your profile.
