Overview

We\'re seeking a Financial Analyst to join the Client Communications team within the operations division of a large financial institution in Salt Lake City. This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals eager to work in a dynamic environment where collaboration, problem-solving, and client interaction are at the heart of what we do.

Base pay range

$47,000.00/yr - $56,000.00/yr

Location

SLC, UT (In-Office) – Relocation required without relocation assistance

What You\'ll Do

• Collaborate closely with Private Wealth Management (PWM) Sales teams to support high-net-worth clients with digital signing and onboarding solutions.
• Serve as a key liaison between internal teams and clients, ensuring smooth, professional communication at every step.
• Coordinate the delivery of sensitive client materials and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Work cross-functionally with teams in Operations, Technology, Legal, and Compliance to streamline client communications.
• Identify and escalate potential risks while maintaining strong attention to detail and process integrity.
