Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst (EDSF) to join our Equity, Debt & Structured Finance team in New York City. This role is a key contributor to deal execution, underwriting, market research, and financial modeling leveraging Excel and Argus Enterprise to support complex real estate transactions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in real estate finance, investment banking, or capital markets.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Argus and Excel modeling.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Deal Execution & Underwriting

• Analyze client materials including financials, leases, entitlement agreements, and market data.
• Underwrite complex real estate transactions and prepare detailed Offering Memorandums.
• Attend property tours and support regional executions.
• Maintain marketing lists, track outreach, record investor/leader feedback.
• Manage document flow - NDAs, due diligence files, data rooms, and Q&A logs.
• Lead /Participate in weekly marketing calls, maintain status reports and quote matrices.

Client & Team Collaboration

• Work directly with clients and senior team members to support pitches, presentations, and strategic initiatives.
• Create custom decks and materials under tight deadlines for client meetings and proposals.
• Prepare transaction case studies for marketing and BD efforts.

Research & Financial Modeling

• Conduct market research and data analysis using internal and external sources.
• Build and audit financial models using Excel and Argus Enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in real estate finance, investment banking, or capital markets.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

The compensation for the position is: $ 102,000.00 - $120,000.00
