Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of financial analysis or accounting experience; higher education or nonprofit background a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, basic modeling) and GAAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly and annual financial reports with schedules and reconciliations.
• Monitor operating and restricted budgets; explain variances to departments.
• Perform account reconciliations, month-end close tasks, and support audits.
• Track and report on restricted funds and improve reporting processes.
• Develop and document data-driven reports using Excel and Power BI.
