Job summary

Sonoco Products Company in Charlotte, NC or Hartsville, SC is seeking a Financial Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis within the FP&A team. You will generate pro formas, discount cash flows, and ROI analyses for major expansion initiatives while coordinating with sales, manufacturing, and corporate finance functions.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key contributor to annual budgeting and forecasting with cross-functional teams.
• Perform financial analyses, pro formas, DCFs, ROI analyses for expansions/acquisitions/divestitures.
• Support month-end close and SOX/compliance in the division.
• Assist with training of manufacturing and sales personnel in Sonoco accounting systems.
• Undertake special projects improving financial reporting, planning and analytics.
