Job summary

Brunswick Corporation’s Business Acceleration division seeks a Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and analysis across the division. You will consolidate results, aid budget/forecast processes, and develop executive-level materials for leadership reviews.

Based at Brunswick’s corporate office in Mettawa, IL, you will collaborate with finance and accounting teams and cross-functional leaders to deliver accurate insights, automate processes, and improve reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of financial analysis and/or accounting experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate and deliver accurate, timely financial reporting for Business Acceleration.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews with clear, visually compelling materials.
• Prepare executive-level presentations translating financial results and drivers into actionable insights.
• Coordinate annual budgets and monthly forecasts across divisions and functions.
• Analyze performance against budget and forecast, identifying variances and drivers.
• Act as finance liaison between Business Acceleration and Brunswick Corporate Finance.
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting via automation and standardization.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis for strategic decision-making.
