Job summary

The Naval Nuclear Laboratory (NNL) is seeking a Financial Analyst to join the Finance team in support of its mission to ensure safe and reliable operations across DOE facilities. You will perform financial planning, data analysis, budgeting, and cost control in a collaborative environment, validating performance data and recommending solutions to improve financial operations.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience (Master's with 1 year also acceptable)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or

Responsibilities

• Perform financial functions including resource planning, data analysis, budgeting, and cost control.
• Validate and analyze financial performance data and budget information to ensure compliance and drive optimal financial performance.
• Recommend solutions to help sustain successful financial operations in support of the program mission.
