• Basic knowledge of finance and accounting, with relevant accounting coursework completed or at least 1 year of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and commonly used functions (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS), with the ability to prepare reports, analyze data, and create presentations in PowerPoint.
• Strong cross-functional communication and project coordination skills, with the ability to proactively align resources and drive execution.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong numerical aptitude and analytical thinking skills; able to identify issues and provide recommendations based on data insights.
• Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work effectively under pressure while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality deliverables.
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience preferred. This role is targeted toward early- to mid-career professionals who can work independently and demonstrate strong growth potential.

Preferred Qualifications
