We are seeking a Business/Financial Analyst to work in the Finance department.

This is a Hybrid schedule. 3 days in office, 2 days remote. Must live commutable to the office.

Job Summary

This staff-level position reports directly to the Manager of Accounting. The Business Analyst is responsible for delivering in-depth financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling across various functions of the organization.

Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis & Reporting

  • Entering data and customizing to their system (utilize MS Excel, Power Bi and/or SQL)
  • Prepare financial reports and perform analysis for a range of reporting modules.
  • Evaluate and monitor intercompany pricing relationships.
  • Conduct quarterly foreign exchange rate reviews and establish rates for upcoming periods.

Operational Analysis & Support

· Develop and maintain reports using business intelligence tools to support data-driven decisions.

· Support analysis and pricing strategies related to foreign currency transactions.

· Assist with the planning, implementation, and analysis of large-scale company initiatives.

· Regularly interacts with internal teams across all levels, including senior management.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

· Solid foundation in both finance and operations.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferable with experience in SQL, Tableau, Power BI.

· Strong analytical and communication skills (verbal and written).

· Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

· Proven ability to lead and support projects or business initiatives.

· Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative working style.

· Comfort working across all organizational levels.

Education and Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in business or finance required.

· 2-4 years of experience in a financial or business analyst role.

$35-40 per hour. (slightly flex depending on experience)
