FinThrive is seeking a finance analyst to consolidate planning and reporting processes, including monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and multi-year outlook, partnering with senior management on risks and opportunities. You will develop budget vs. actual and forecast vs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in finance/planning/FP&A.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
  • BI tooling experience (Tableau/Power BI) and SQL knowledge is a plus.

About the Role
What you will do
  • Consolidateand support all planning and reporting processes, including monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and a multi-year outlook
  • Interactand communicate with senior management regarding risks & opportunities, and drivers of forecast variances
  • Providekey business insights which facilitate timely and informed decision-making
  • Partnerwith the company's business leaders in assessing and communicating business performance, trends, and strategic trade-offs
  • Developbudget vs. actual and forecast vs. actual reporting that is timely and supports key decision-makers
  • Collaboratewith accounting during the monthly close process to ensure accuracy of financials and provide detailed variance analyses
  • Driveprocess improvement activities designed to improve performance through evaluating new storeopenings,andnewconcepts
  • Supportquarterly financial reporting in conjunction withboard andinvestor requirements
  • Creates and analyzes financial reporting and KPIs, as requested.
  • Structure, build, and maintain financial and decision-making models to develop meaningful insights and actionable recommendations
  • Identifyand drive cross-functional initiatives to improve processes, systems, and automation to help the business scale
What you will bring
  • Bachelor's degree - Finance, Economics, Mathematics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required
  • Tableau/Power BI/Other Business Intelligence tool skills a plus, SQL knowledge a plus
