Job summary

Regen Therapy is seeking a Financial Analyst responsible for FP&A, financial modeling, and data room management. You will bridge accounting actuals with forecasts to support strategic decisions in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in finance or accounting and 2–5 years in a similar role, preferably in the peptide industry. Strong Excel skills and understanding of financial statements are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in FP&A, corporate finance, or similar analytical role.
• Preferably experience in the peptide industry.
• Strong modeling skills in Excel and solid accounting understanding.

Responsibilities

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and monthly FP&A reporting for revenue and margin.
• Build and maintain driver-based financial models and scenario analyses.
• Reconcile forecasts and budgets to actuals, explaining variances and key business drivers.
• Partner with finance/accounting to align management reports with GL and financial statements.
• Manage the finance data room for stakeholders.
• Support operations with documentation for payment processors and banking partners.

Financial Analyst responsible for FP&A, financial modeling, data room management, and bridging accounting actuals with forward-looking forecasts to support strategic decisions in a fast paced environment.

Core responsibilities

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and monthly FP&A reporting for revenue, and margin
• Build and maintain driver-based financial models and scenario analyses.
• Reconcile forecasts and budgets to actuals, explaining variances and key business drivers.
• Partner with finance/accounting to align management reports with GL and financial statements.
• Manage and organize the finance data room (models, forecasts, KPIs, support files) for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support broader finance operations, including preparation and management of documentation for payment processors, banking partners, investors, finance-related systems, and other program management.

Short requirements

• Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 2–5 years in FP&A, corporate finance, or similar analytical role, preferably in peptide industry.
• Strong Excel/Sheets modeling skills and solid understanding of accounting and financial statements.
