We are seeking a highly skilled Program Financial Analyst / Tool SME to join our dynamic team. This position requires a proactive individual with expertise in Deltek Cobra, Oracle, and/or Microsoft toolsets, who can effectively oversee and manage program financials and Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS). The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring program compliance, schedule adherence, and cost performance. This role involves frequent client interaction and travel, with at least 25% of the time dedicated to on-site visits. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in government contracting, financial analysis, and project control, contributing to the successful delivery of complex projects within a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project financial management, particularly within government or defense sectors. A thorough understanding of US government cost-reimbursement contracts and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) is essential. Candidates must demonstrate expertise in implementing and maintaining EVMS, developing baselines, and analyzing program performance. Proficiency in Deltek Cobra, Oracle, or Microsoft toolsets is required, along with strong skills in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. A comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles, scheduling, government financial reporting, and procurement regulations is necessary. US citizenship is mandatory, and holding a DoD Security Clearance is preferred. Candidates should also possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a strategic mindset to navigate dynamic project environments.
