Job summary

Integrated Human Capital seeks a Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and analysis across multiple business units. You will maintain financial models, assist with forecasting, and provide analytical support to leadership to drive informed decisions.

Qualifications

  • Experience with ERP systems preferred.

Job description

The Financial Analyst supports the organization’s financial planning, reporting, and analysis processes by maintaining financial models, preparing recurring reporting, assisting with forecasting activities, and providing analytical support across multiple business units. Working closely with the FP&A Senior Financial Analyst, this role develops foundational FP&A skills while supporting planning, reporting, and decision‑making across all operating companies. The Financial Analyst will work closely with leadership to provide financial insight, support business decisions, and help scale accounting processes as our company continues to grow.

  • Evaluate monthly operating results and provide management reports/presentations detailing variances to forecast and/or budget.
  • Prepare presentations of financial analysis and interpretations to senior leadership.
  • Assist with annual budget process, including financial account analysis and preparation of presentations for senior leadership. Assist with ongoing forecast for all operating business, including staffing, business process outsourcing, automotive supply, and real estate lines of business.
  • Preform price/volume analysis by maintaining historical production volume and forecasting future proaction volume.
  • Prepare FTE/team member sensitivity analysis, model the effect of organization changes, including enhancement of current headcount data.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing. Perform general ledger account analysis and prepare journal entries, support schedules, and account reconciliations.
  • Support accounts payable functions including receipt of invoices, entering invoice data into ERP system, payment of vendor, verification of federal ID numbers, reviewing purchase orders and resolving discrepancies.
  • Maintain Fixed Asset Subledger, depreciation calculations and reconciliation to General ledger.
  • Provide general support for accounting and procurement activities.
  • Provide support to accounting staff for external audit and tax preparation
  • Partner with Business Development and other teams to price strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare financial models to assess the financial viability of new accounts and prepare post‑mortem account reviews on specific accounts.
  • Work directly with cross‑functional teams within Business Development, Operations and Corporate Finance to develop and implement financially sound business processes and deals
  • Creates analysis and recommendations to win new business accounts.
  • Assist with special projects and other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Required Knowledge & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or Economics or related field required
  • 3+years of financial planning, accounting, analysis, developing forecasts and budgets, and cash flow management or equivalent experience required.
  • Demonstrated analytical (industry, market, and business) and quantitive skills.
  • Ability to build strong trusted working relationships with internal and external business customers at all levels, including executive level management.
  • Proven ability to prepare executive level reports and presentations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast, paced, deadline‑driven environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Microsoft office - Advanced skills in Excel including advance formulas, pivot tables, and v-lookup functions to maintain large data sets.
  • Experience with ERP accounting systems such as QAD, NetSuite, Dynamics and QuickBooks (QAD preferred but not required)
  • Knowledge and skills related to overall office functioning and business record organization.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to interact and work with a diverse group of individuals at various levels throughout the organization
  • Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment, manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet critical deadlines.
  • Proven ability to maintain good work habits. Punctuality and regular attendance are a must.

The role will be working primarily at our corporate office. The role also requires 1-2 days/week at a manufacturing plant.
