Job summary

Driggs Search International is seeking a Financial Analyst or Senior Financial Analyst for a full-time, on-site role north of Salt Lake City. You will partner with Marketing, Sales, and Finance to analyze new products, promotions, and strategic initiatives while supporting profitability and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics.
• 3+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst, FP&A preferred.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Advanced Excel; VBA and SQL a plus.
• Willingness to relocate; relocation assistance provided.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis on new projects, products, and promotions.
• Evaluate financial viability of proposed initiatives and alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and monitor annual expense plans for assigned departments.
• Create key performance indicators for non-financial leaders to improve operational performance.
• Identify and report on business metrics that impact growth, profitability, and strategy.
• Provide analytical insights and problem-solving support to department leaders.
• Partner with category teams and functional groups on profit improvement initiatives.
