This includes production and cost reconciliations, periodic reporting of financial results, variance analysis, data consolidation, forecasts, the annual planning process, strategic planning, and special projects.**Job Description*** Prepare and analyze manufacturing variances for Lamb Weston production facilities with distribution to internal staff and management.* Interface with Procurement, Plant Finance, and Contract Manufacturing to develop and maintain costing standards.* Review costing changes for both accuracy and to ensure adequate documentation to support audit confirmations.* Support the management reporting function, earnings release, board, and plan support.* Responsible for coordinating input into the financial planning system, supporting the consolidation of the annual operating plans and strategic plan. Work with management to validate accuracy and reasonableness of data.* Analyze monthly variances between actual results, current estimate, plan, and prior year. Summarize results and discuss with management.* Assist in internal and external audits when requested.* Be a key player in ERP implementation and go forward plans.* Other special projects and ad hoc financial analysis as requested.**Basic & Preferred Qualifications*** 3+ years general business and financial experience.* Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Accounting, or related field.* Requires strong verbal and written communication skills and knowledge of general business concepts.* Proven fundamental knowledge of and driving compliance of GAAP.* Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.* Proven ability to balance attention to extreme detail with broader goals and time limitations.* Advanced technical knowledge and skills, and a proven ability to collaborate well with a broad spectrum of departments: Plant Finance, Procurement, Demand Planning, and Operations.* Proven ability to self-direct and manage multiple projects simultaneously to successful completion in a deadline driven environment, while being able to adapt and be flexible in a fast-paced environment.* Proven record of good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.* Proficient with Microsoft Office, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills.**FORGE Program*** This position may be included in the FORGE Program, a developmental rotational experience within Lamb Weston Supply Chain Finance.
