Job summary

PEAK is seeking a dedicated Financial Analyst to partner with plant finance teams across the Americas Airbags Product Line, reporting to the Airbags Product Line Finance Director. The role focuses on providing actionable insights that guide strategic and operational decisions.

You will drive operational and financial performance analysis, support budgeting and capital investment decisions, and deliver clear financial insights to production and leadership teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 5+ years of related experience in manufacturing.
• Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with financial modeling and ERP systems; Essbase/OneStream a plus.
• English language proficiency; Spanish preferred but not required.
• Willingness to travel less than 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Assist with month-end close, forecasting, and consolidation reporting.
• Prepare monthly reporting packages for executive management.
• Manage monthly outlook and quarterly forecast consolidation and reporting processes.
• Partner with finance leadership and IT to ensure data integrity and strong controls.
• Standardize tools and processes to improve efficiency and forecast quality.
• Support analysis for performance improvement programs.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Financial Analyst to work closely with production plants, including plant finance teams and department heads, to provide actionable insights that guide strategic and operational decisions in the Americas Airbags Product Line. This role reports directly to the Airbags Product Line Finance Director. The successful candidate will play an integral role in evaluating operational and financial performance, projecting future results, and providing actionable insights to guide product line strategy, budgeting, and capital investment decisions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with month-end close, forecasting, and consolidation reporting.
• Prepare monthly reporting packages for executive management.

• Previous experience with ERP systems; experience with Essbase & OneStream is a plus.
• English language proficiency required; Spanish speaking preferred but not required.
• Willingness to travel less than 10% of the time.
