Wild Fork Foods is seeking an FP&A Analyst to support the Finance team with financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, reporting and business decision support. The role reports to the Head of Finance and collaborates with senior leaders to drive performance insights.

The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, experience in FP&A or related analytical roles, and familiarity with SAP or similar budgeting tools. This is a great opportunity to influence planning and strategic initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Experience in FP&A or related analytical roles preferred.
• Experience with financial reporting or planning tools.
• Familiarity with SAP, QlikSense, Snowflake, or similar systems.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Forecasting and rolling forecasts maintenance.

DescriptionPosition at Wild Fork FoodsFP&A AnalystThe position reports to the Head of Finance and supports the Finance team by assisting with financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and business decision support activities. The FP&A Analyst works closely with senior team members to develop financial insights and contribute to business performance initiatives.

Responsibilities

• ForecastingAssist in the preparation and maintenance of rolling forecasts.
• Support the collection and consolidation of data from business departments.
• Assist with variance analysis by comparing actual results against budget and forecast.
• Prepare recurring forecast reports and support schedules.
• Month-End ReportingAssist in preparing monthly financial reports, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and CAPEX summaries.
• Support analysis of financial results and identify significant variances.
• Prepare schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
• Participate in monthly review meetings and presentations.
• Annual Budgeting and PlanningSupport the annual budgeting process by gathering information, updating templates, and consolidating data.
• Assist business leaders in budget submissions and reporting.
• Help maintain planning models and budget databases.
• Support long-range planning exercises as required.
• Decision Support and AnalysisPrepare routine reports and ad hoc analyses.
• Assist in developing financial models and business cases.
• Support KPI reporting and performance monitoring.
• Conduct analysis of historical financial and operational data.
• Participate in process improvement and special projects assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of financial statements and key financial metrics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to organize and analyze large amounts of data.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

• SAP experience preferred.

Requirements
