Qualifications

• 3–6 years of corporate finance or accounting experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics; CPA/CFA preferred
• Experience with SEC reporting is a plus

Responsibilities

About The Role

The role drives corporate finance and regulatory reporting, owning financial modeling, variance analysis, and compliance frameworks grounded in US GAAP, SOX, and SEC standards.

The team partners with accounting and leadership to deliver precise financial insights, maintain internal controls, and support strategic decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain complex financial models in Excel and financial planning tools to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Conduct monthly and quarterly budget-to-actual variance analyses, explaining key financial drivers to department leads
• Prepare SEC filings, financial statements, and supporting schedules in compliance with US GAAP and regulatory standards
• Execute SOX internal control testing, document financial processes, and remediate identified deficiencies
• Collaborate with accounting and operational teams to streamline month-end close procedures and improve reporting accuracy
• Analyze financial data using SQL and BI tools to surface cost optimization opportunities and revenue trends

What We Are Looking For

• 3-6 years of corporate finance, accounting, or financial analysis experience within a fast-paced environment
• Deep technical proficiency in US GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial statement preparation
• Advanced Excel modeling skills and experience with modern ERP, FP&A, and BI systems (NetSuite, Looker, SQL)
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field; CPA or CFA is strongly preferred
• Bonus: Experience supporting public company SEC reporting or scaling financial operations in a high-growth technology company
