Insight Global is seeking a proactive FP&A/Procurement Analyst to support the IT-Technology Services division. The role blends financial analysis with procurement processes, requiring end-to-end purchasing, invoice coordination, and spend monitoring.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in FP&A or related areas, strong Excel skills, and experience with Oracle/SAP ERP, Coupa, and Power BI. This position emphasizes cross-functional collaboration across IT, Procurement, and Finance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in FP&A, financial analysis, procurement, resource management, or project coordination.
• Experience tracking budgets, forecasts, actual spend, and variances.
• Experience with purchase orders, invoices, and procurement processes.
• Experience with Oracle or SAP ERP.
• Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and financial tracking/modeling.
• Comfortable with IT/software/hardware expenses terminology.
• Experience with Coupa, Oracle Financials, and Power BI.
• Experience supporting an enterprise IT or technology organization.
• Product/project management background with strong financial responsibilities.

Responsabilités

Job Description

This contingent professional will be responsible for day-to-day financial, operational, and procurement activities supporting the IT-Technology Services division. The ideal candidate must possess a strong hybrid background of financial analysis and administrative procurement. They will handle end-to-end purchasing requests, coordinate invoice flows, monitor departmental spend against budget thresholds, and manage resource tracking.We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented analyst who is comfortable translating technical business process requests into standardized corporate purchasing and accounting actions.

Skills and Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, procurement, resource management, or project coordination
• Experience tracking budgets, forecasts, actual spend, and variances
• Experience with purchase orders, invoices, and procurement processes
• Experience with Oracle or SAP ERP
• Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and financial tracking/modeling
• Comfortable working around IT/software/hardware expenses and terminology
• Strong attention to detail and ability to independently manage financial tracking
• Coupa experience, especially creating/tracking POs and invoices
• Oracle Financials experience
• Power BI / Power Platform experience
• Previous FP&A Analyst experience
• Experience supporting an enterprise IT or technology organization
• Product management or project management background with strong financial responsibilities
• Experience with resource management / allocation tracking
• Experience acting as the liaison between IT, Procurement, Finance, and AP
