Job summary

Omni One is looking for a Financial Analyst in Columbus, OH. The successful candidate will support finance and accounting functions, engage in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational accuracy.

A bachelor's degree related to finance or accounting and 5+ years of relevant experience are required. The role also provides competitive benefits including health insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting/finance experience.
• Proficient with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries, variance analysis, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Perform budgeting, forecasting, and fixed asset/tooling accounting.
• Conduct labor variance analysis and report findings.
• Manage intercompany accounts and support sales invoicing and reconciliation.
• Analyze data for trends and patterns to support business decisions.
• Serve as backup to accounting staff and assist with other finance duties as needed.
