Responsibilities

• Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports that provide insight into profitability, key performance metrics, and business trends across practice groups, offices, and attorneys.
• Partner with Finance leadership to develop monthly executive reporting packages and present insights during leadership review meetings.
• Analyze financial results, identify trends, and recommend opportunities to improve business performance.
• Configure and maintain financial reporting tools to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient reporting.
• Investigate and resolve financial reporting questions while collaborating across Finance and other business teams.
• Audit financial data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with reporting standards.
• Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process, including financial analysis related to strategic lateral hires.
• Assist with maintaining financial reporting systems and identifying opportunities to streamline reporting processes.
• Contribute to quarterly and annual bank surveys and other strategic finance initiatives.
