Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate operating budget and forecast development.
• Analyze benchmarking data, reports, processes, and measurements for KPIs to recognize trends and make recommendations.
• Participate in design, implementation and ongoing analysis of business unit KPI’s.
• Research, recommend, and implement analytics tools and statistical methods to support quality improvement, program development, and financial performance.
• Perform variance analysis and review budgets, forecasts, income/expense statements, and monthly operating results for all programs.
• Produce routine and ad hoc financial reports and packages for senior management.
• Assist with streamlining reporting packages.
• Assist in reporting to counties.
• Assist in financial and regulatory audits to ensure compliance.
• Monitor contracts for compliance and assist with annual renewal of licenses and contracts.
• Special projects and accounting duties as assigned by management.

Wage band range $30.00-$50.00 hourly; however, starting pay is ultimately determined by the scope of the position, the candidate's relevant experience, and internal equity. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5pm.

Summary

Under the guidance of the CFO, carries out the mission of Casa Pacifica and assists with the month-end accounting close, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning and analysis, variance analyses, and other accounting duties. Also responsible for preparing, coordinating, consolidating, and reporting the annual budget and mid-year forecast. Prepares, analyzes, and recommends internal financial statements.

Duties And Responsibilities
