Quanta Power Solutions, a unit of Quanta Services, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support FP&A across our EPC portfolio. You will partner with accounting, project controls, and leadership to turn project data into insights and drive decisions.

The role reports to the Director of Finance. Responsibilities include variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and developing financial models and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, project finance, accounting, or related field.
• Exposure to project-based financial reporting and percentage-of-completion revenue recognition.
• Familiarity with monthly reporting processes such as closing and forecasting activities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operating results and prepare variance analysis to inform decisions.
• Assist with monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and financial reporting processes.
• Develop and maintain financial models, reports, and dashboards.
• Partner with department leaders to monitor financial performance and identify risks or trends.
• Assist in preparing presentations and reporting materials for leadership.
• Help improve reporting processes, tools, and data accuracy across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and financial controls.

About this Role

Partnering with accounting, project controls, and departmental leadership, you'll turn project and business data into insights that drive decisions. This position reports to the Director of Finance.
