The Pokémon Company International in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Financial Analyst to assist in financial analysis, planning, budgeting, and reporting. You will partner with stakeholders across the organization to drive data-driven decision making and improve performance.

This role requires 3–4 years of experience, a related bachelor's degree (or equivalent), and strong skills in Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and GAAP. The position offers a hybrid work model and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Three to four years of relevant professional experience or a demonstrated equivalent level of expertise.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or a demonstrated equivalent level of applicable experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Experience with analytical tools (advanced Excel, Tableau, PowerBI, etc).
• Experience with corporate planning tools (Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM strongly preferred).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.

Base Salary Range

For this role, new hires generally start between $85,000 - $95,000 per year. The full range is $85,000-$150,000 per year. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. The final base salary is directly related to the candidate’s qualifications and professional experience uniquely.
