ResourcingHQ is seeking a Financial Analyst for a 6-month contract engagement starting ASAP. This hybrid role is based in Baltimore, with onsite work required one day per week. The ideal candidate is experienced in supporting IT initiatives and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume project environment, bringing strong financial oversight and vendor management expertise.

Key Requirements

• Experience working directly with IS/IT vendors — this is the top priority
• Comfortable managing POs, tracking invoices, and financial reporting
• Organized and detail-oriented with contract and spend tracking
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume project environment
• Healthcare IT or large-scale EHR/ERP implementation experience is a plus
• Proficient in Excel; familiarity with procurement or project financial tools preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiar with vendors, 3rd parties, contracts, etc.
• Experience with EpicEHR is a huge plus
