This position supports BCG North America’s Expense Audit & Investigations team, with a focus on maintaining robust processes and controls across employee-submitted expenses and centrally-booked air travel and rideshare charges. As part of this team, you will partner closely with Finance Leadership and cross-functional teams across the US and Canada to deliver accurate, actionable reporting and analytics on employee travel and expense activity. Leveraging a strong understanding of BCG policies and underlying data, you will identify trends, surface risks, and provide insights that inform decision‑making. As needed, you’ll also support employee investigations and deep‑dives.

Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, contributions to BCG’s Profit Sharing and Retirement Fund (PSRF), and a market‑leading benefits package described below.
