BioHorizons in the United States is seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial reporting, planning, analysis, and sales-related activities. The role emphasizes detail-orientation, ownership of recurring processes, and timely, accurate information.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in finance or related field and at least 1 year of accounting/ budgeting experience, with strong Excel skills and the ability to work independently across departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in accounting, budgeting, analysis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, monthly, and recurring financial and sales reports with variance analysis.
• Collect, validate, analyze, and reconcile financial and sales data for reporting accuracy.
• Analyze revenue, gross margin, expenses, and sales performance to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain financial models, schedules, and supporting documentation for planning.
• Support annual budgets and financial forecasts and present findings to leadership.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior leadership and department heads.
• Prepare financial presentations and reports for internal use and communication.
• Support sales-related processes including reporting, commissions, incentives, quotas, and performance analysis.
• Identify process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist with special projects and other finance-related responsibilities.

The Financial Analyst supports financial reporting, planning, analysis, and sales-related activities. The position requires strong attention to detail and a willingness to take ownership of recurring, process-driven work while ensuring information is accurate and timely

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain daily, monthly, and recurring financial and sales reports, including analysis of variances to RO, budget, and prior-year results.
• Collect, validate, analyze, and reconcile financial and sales data to ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting.
• Analyze revenue, gross margin, expenses, and sales performance to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Research and resolve reporting discrepancies and provide recommendations and solutions in response to unfavorable financial results.
• Develop and maintain financial models, schedules, and supporting documentation to support business planning and strategic initiatives.
• Support the preparation, review, and ongoing monitoring of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Provide financial analysis, reporting, and recommendations to support informed business decisions by the Senior Leadership Team, department heads, and Sales leadership.
• Prepare financial presentations and reports for internal company use, ensuring information is accurately analyzed, organized, and communicated.
• Support sales-related financial processes, including sales reporting, commissions, incentives, quotas, and performance analysis.
• Analyze complex financial information and communicate key findings, trends, and recommendations to management.
• Prepare ad hoc financial and sales reports and provide analytical support to Finance, Sales, and other departments as needed.
• Identify and support process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy, efficiency, and financial analysis.
• Assist with special projects and perform other finance-related responsibilities as assigned.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate professionally across departments

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in accounting, budgeting, analysis experience
