Job summary

Park Place Technologies in Cleveland, OH is seeking qualified undergraduate and graduate students for its 2027 FP&A internship program. Interns will rotate across Sales, Corporate Finance, Operations and BI FP&A teams, gaining real-world financial modeling and exposure to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and reconcile daily, weekly and monthly financial reporting packages for senior leaders.
• Provide insights through financial analysis to guide leadership decisions.
• Develop and enhance financial metrics and reporting; communicate new ideas.
• Learn to consolidate and analyze segment financials (revenues and costs).
• Learn complex Excel and modeling concepts for business analysis.
• Support cross-region/cross-functional projects as needed by the Finance teams.
• Assist in preparing quarterly board deliverables.
• Provide ad hoc analyses as required.

The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team at Park Place Technologies is seeking qualified undergraduate and graduate students for our 2027 internship program in our Cleveland, OH office. We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented individual to work rotationally alongside four related, but different, FP&A teams over the course of the summer. The rotational position will include exposure to supporting Sales, Corporate Finance, Operations and the Business Intelligence FP&A teams. The internship program is designed to immerse interns in financial modeling, corporate culture and expose them to interactions with senior management. What you’ll be doing:

• Prepare and reconcile daily, weekly and monthly financial reporting packages and presentations for senior and executive level business leaders across various functions
• Create insights into Park Place’s business, markets, competitors, and customers through fact-based financial analysis to guide and influence leadership in strategic decision-making
• Enhance and further develop key business and financial performance metrics and communicate new ideas/opinions on reporting
• Learn to consolidate and analyze business segment financials including revenues and costs
• Learn complex excel and modeling concept for business analysis
• Work on assigned projects that may include working cross-regionally or cross-functionally to support other business units and Finance teams, as business needs arise
• Assist in the preparation of quarterly board of director deliverables
• Ad hoc analysis as business needs dictate

• Proficiency in excel and modeling is a plus
• Prior internship experience also a plus
