Job summary

Referment is seeking an associate for its financial analysis and reporting team. You’ll combine financial modelling with practical data analysis to produce decision-ready insight that supports leadership across a complex investment organisation.

You’ll develop forward-looking models, produce recurring and ad hoc reports, analyse data to identify trends, and build dashboards and analytics tools while collaborating with stakeholders across financial operations.

Qualifications

• At least two years' experience in financial analysis or data analytics.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, computer science or another relevant discipline.
• Strong financial modelling and data analysis with attention to accuracy and detail.
• Ability to explain findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Initiative, problem-solving and willingness to learn new concepts and tools.
• Professional discretion when handling sensitive information.
• Familiarity with coding or automation tools would be useful.

The team develops forward-looking analysis and reporting that helps leaders understand performance and make informed decisions across a complex investment organisation.

You’ll combine financial modelling with practical data analysis, producing decision-ready insight while helping the team improve its reporting frameworks, dashboards and analytical tools. The role works across financial operations and has exposure to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The Role
