Herzing University is looking for a Financial Aid Advisor to assist a diverse student population. This is a customer service position assisting a diverse student population. In this role you will guide students through the financial aid process and counsel prospective and current students through funding options. Financial Advisors receive onboarding support through our On the Job Training Program and have opportunity for growth by means of our Career Pathways.

Schedule: A 40 hour work-week schedule will be determined based on preference and business needs falling during typical business hours for Herzing's Online Division, with one shift with evening hours and minimal Saturday hours required.

Hiring Level: The level a final candidate will be hired at will be dependent on qualifications and prior applicable experience.

• Title IV administration/VA certifying official preferred.

Compensation: is determined based on the qualifications, experience, and circumstances of each hire. It is uncommon for new employees to start near the top of the salary range. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a tuition waiver and reimbursement program, health insurance, paid time off, and a retirement savings plan. The hourly pay range for this position is $20.54 to $27.78 (Associate level) or $21.74 to $29.42 (Advisor level).

Physical Requirements
